Dear LISTies,

one of the main elements of cultivating  the spirit of
for instance our LIST, our neighborhood, our family, our village, our
school, our university, our working place, myself, our instutions, our team,
our Stammtische, our coops, our hospitals, our national parks, our
farms, our
commons. our clubs...
our open space technology events...

... is to keep telling the stories that shaped them that kept them
unfolding that
enjoyed challenges, drama, chaos... and other deep stuff...

Lets have stories.

Lets have "New Tales from Open Space",
the first "Tales from Open Space" was published in 1995, 30 years ago
published by ABBOTT PUBLISHING, by the guy with the hat.

The first story in the book "Creativity from Chaos" starts with
"No one's in charge."

Grand.

Great reminder dear Michael.
I will contribute for sure. I have a good story that I will try to craft tomorrow. From a nice full development process connected to an OST meeting with all staff.
Today I facilitated a half day OST as part of a 2-day facilitation training, 21 participants thrived in Open Space and I expect many of them to dive in!
Cheers
Thomas
