A while ago, a colleague in Cologne responded to my email to Isaac on
the issue
"Its simple but not easy: ost-facilitation teams as training grounds"
in German.
I suggested he posts his response on OSLIST.
He translated it into English and sent it to me for forwarding to OSLIST.
Which I love to do as an example on how ost-facilitation teams are a natural
training ground for kids, youths and everyone..., here it is:

"Dear Michael,
Nice to read from you again. I recently had some great open spaces with
children between 6 and 10, last time with over 50 of them and about the
same number of adults. The pictures of the bumblebees and butterflies,
painted by volunteers, are always beautiful. And at the next open space
with an elementary school in April, one of my godchildren, 13 years old,
will be with us as an assistant:-)
Sunny greetings
Christian"

Beautiful!
Thanks for sharing about your way to include youth in learning about Open Space in this way Michael!
I often have someone being with me when facilitating OST, and this is inspiring - I hope I can invite even more people to be part of OSTs in the future
Sunny greetings
Thomas
