Dear all,
I am happy to announce the birth of a new podcast series on 'creating a level playing field for collaboration'. I am happy to be the host, inviting wise people to share their wisdom by sharing stories of lived experience. Listen on Spotify here: https://open.spotify.com/show/2KYwfM3PlXlEc3CK1EXF9a?si=2f0a5feac2964c8d
In episode 1 Jane Lewis talks about Creating an environment where everyone can feel successful. She tells the story of how this works in Studio Tainan, in Taiwan. A self organizing space for co-creation. It starts with listening and understanding what people feel passionate about, so creative energy can lead. Jane is an experienced facilitator and researcher, living and working in Taiwan for over 30 years.
In episode 2 Peggy Holman talks about Getting the whole system in the room for collective ownership. About the importance of diversity and inclusion in change processes. She shares insights from her extensive experience in journalism and facilitation, emphasizing the need for open spaces where all voices can be heard and valued. In her examples she highlights the significance of purpose, the role of diversity for collective ownership, how deep listening breaks through tensions, and the ethical responsibility of facilitators to create hospitable environments that encourage authenticity and belonging.
More to come. If you want to be part of this podcast series and want to share your story of lived experiences on what works and what not, please contact me. I am looking for a diversity of perspectives, especially experiences as a participant (or member of a so called 'target group') are welcome.
Special thanks to Jane Lewis who helped this initiative come to life.
All my best, hope to see you in Istanbul,
Tonnie

I’d like to get on your ‘publish list’. We just started a similar effort (‘casts on line)and each time we drop a new one (36 so far) folks are informed. Is that possible?- -Chad Networker Amherst MA usa
