Dear John,
thanks for your question.
I used the most effective approach:
Put all my power and will in doing nothing.
And it always worked for me.
Peggy Holman once suggested this intervention.
I remember it worked for her.
As you can see, it took me two months to answer your question.
My hunch is that an ost gathering came your way.
Right?
25 years ago one of our colleagues in Germany
asked practitioners working with large groups to send her data.
She compiled it and found that OST was the most used approach
in the work with large groups.
She did this for several years... I cant find her results, maybe someone
else
has it in their archives.
I am quite curious to see the current figures for analogue events.
How many analogue ost events were you involved in the last 12 months?
I will compile them and just send the total number of events and the number
of os workers that accompanied them.
This, I am sure, is perfect science, best of statistics.
Have a great day and fun getting ready for the next ost event!
Greetings from Berlin

Thank you Michael.
What have you discovered to be the best ways to connect with people
who want/need support applying Open Space Technology?
Thank you,
John
