Hi, I want to announce that I plan to show up for the 2nd time slot in the Qiqo Garden on Thursday.
This time I do have a topic: How can we/do you support leaders and leadership teams who use OST in an all-staff meeting for the first time?

Funny, just reading this as I am finishing an annual all-staff retreat with
100 people from UNHCR in Poland, where OST was a part of the 2 days for the
first time!

Wow Bhav, very similar to my experience from last week. Also all-staff retreat 100 persons, where they invested one full day in OST out of 2,5 days. Next time I bet they will go for more. They did work too hard 😊.
