I also shared a longer blog post on my website with some more pics: https://openspaceconsulting.com/ We just completed the third annual Open Space for Democracy – a three-day gathering using Open Space Technology to explore how we can strengthen democracy in practice. 60 participants of all ages and backgrounds joined – from youth to the “age-rich”, from many countries and walks of life. Together we created 14 reports and countless spontaneous conversations, and by the end nine action teams had formed to continue the work. It was powerful to witness how democracy truly lives when everyone is part of it. Here's a pic from the one-minute-each report outs from the action teams.
