Technology right after the WOSONOS. You are taking good care of the
learning that happens best by having the experience, really immersing in
the experience of WOSONOS and all its manifestations...and then doing a

OST was about...and how to work with it to maximum benefit in

Thank you for sharing the bigger picture.
I am sure many people in this community "use" OST within multi-step change
processes or transformations they design - I certainly do.
When I started, I only wanted to ever use OST - I was 20 years old - and I
was so glad to meet the Genuine Contact Way of working, which also started
from that question - how can we lead organizations in the spirit of Open
Space Technology.

I am glad I could take other GC Modules which empowered me to work in this
spirit, with these principles, but have more tools that are allowing me to
tackle quite complex tasks ;)

Hoping to be at WOSonOS with my then 1-year old daughter and maybe even
joining Doris and Thomas in giving the training :)

The training we are offering is named Working with Open Space Technology. So it is no substitute but one way of working with OST. A way that I find powerful both when I use OST (during my 25+ years practice) and also my preferred way of sharing OST to others  who have understood that OST is something precious (more than 1000 trainees).
What I find especially useful is the holistic approach including emphasis on prework and follow through/up, The focus on the essence of OST. I also love all the practical experiences we offer in the training such as experiencing OST, practicing the opening, setting a theme and on the final day facilitating/participating in 'your own OST'.
I love giving this training and I LEARN A LOT every time I give it!
Funda, I hope I meet you in Eindhoven in September.

I have no doubt about the life potential power of OST. I have no doubt
about the experience and qualifications of my colleagues.

My issue is about comparing OST by the book of HO and other approaches.
