Facilitators, leaders, changemakers and researchers from all over the world are coming — and it would be a shame if you missed it. What it is: three days with no pre-planned programme. No speaker list, no keynote, no slides. Participants build the agenda themselves, each morning. That sounds unnerving — and it's precisely why things happen there that never happen at an ordinary conference.
