Dear friends in Open Space and Genuine Contact I would like to let you know about a few upcoming Open Space learning opportunities! In September Doris Gottlieb, Anna Caroline Türk and I offer a training – Working with Open Space Technology - in the Netherlands, English language. Later that month Eva P Svensson and I offer another opportunity here in Sweden (Swedish/Scandinavian language helps 😊). Leading up to these trainings we have a few info/experiential sessions – for people curious to learn more about the training and/or OST. The Info session Working with Open Space Technology I am offering with Doris and Anna Caroline is an hour online where we start with a transfer into our circle to invite people to land and focus attention together. Then we share some about the training: Working with Open Space Technology, we give space for Q & A and then we have our closing circle. A nice, informative and participative session for people curious to learn more about the great training we are offering. Zoom software is used. The Try-it-Open-Space session I am offering together with Eva P Svensson is a 1,15 hrs Open Space-meeting! When Eva suggested this I said – can’t be done! At the same time I remembered our colleague Michael Herman who just a few days before wrote on the OS-list that we “should” just open more space everywhere. This made me give in to Evas idea and we tried it together with quite stunning results. The theme we invite people to taste is: Meetings that engage and give results – how do we get there? We do an opening, agenda creation, two short sessions for conversations about the topic and then a closing circle. After the closing circle we share briefly about the three day trainings we are offering. For this session we use Zoom including Zoom whiteboard. This session is in Swedish So if you know people who might be interested please share the info below, with some inspiring words!
