 ![](cid:part1.1oxxDR0P.rLSPqD1m@tbmw.org) Hello there,

Join Us for a Friendly Learning Café Every Thursday at 2 pm EDT

It's a beautiful opportunity to come together and discuss topics that genuinely matter. In today's world, we face a complex and ever-changing landscape. It's more important than ever to think critically and make informed decisions. Join us as we dive into Raising the Value of Learning through Time Currency in Shared Activities, which works on the principle that one hour of “learning through doing” = one learning credit.

Learning Time Credits can be acquired by:

  1. Becoming involved in a learning support group, learning circle, or forum
  2. Teaching or mentoring other learners
  3. Recruiting learners to courses
  4. Organizing learning events
  5. Governance activities at learning centers
  6. Peer tutoring

LTCs are exchangeable for social, educational, and cultural experiences.

During these sessions, we'll explore various initiatives to enhance our local economy and make a positive impact.1. Foster a culture of learning within regeneration efforts through innovative Learning Networks.
2. Emphasize the reciprocal relationship between individual development and collective Learning Network growth.
3. Shift from one-sided learning services to interactive exchanges that empower community members.
4. Introduce learning time credits to engage community members in sharing skills for community benefit.
5. Empower socially excluded individuals to participate in lifelong learning.
6. Develop new learning frameworks that promote cooperation and mutual support.

How do you value your thoughts and actions and learning in your community?
