The sense of wonder and fulfillment when the meeting you created made a positive difference for the group? People share and listen to each other with curiosity and respect and as a result, rise above their expectations. We believe people in this community are committed to continuing to deepen their facilitation skills, and so are we. Being open to outcomes while holding space for healing and learning to happen for the people we work with.
