Hi Lucas This is how I do it. Having one column of post its with room number and starting time on each post it. Then people are invited to place their topic with a post it on it, onto the wall, topics for the first session (with a red post it) on the left of the matrix, the yellow one to the right and the blue ones to the far right. And this is an example of another OST with 3 sessions before convergence. For topics I only use a4. I sometimes do that for action planning too but on this occasion I chose to have flipcharts directly, posted around the room for a short action planning session.
