Subject: A few tools that help us build power together

Hi there, it’s Tony.

I’ve been thinking about our last conversation and the way folks like us
learn best — by trying things out, comparing notes, and building
something real together. So I pulled together a short set of tools to
help us name what we’re already doing well and strengthen how we work
with others.

These aren’t “homework.” They’re just solid, plainspoken ideas about how
people build trust, take small steps, and create change side‑by‑side:

Conversations that actually build community

What strong, admired leadership looks like in everyday life

How change spreads through real people, not big institutions

A simple breakdown of the habits that help groups move forward

How people learn together by doing, not by being “taught.”

Each of these links gives language to things working people already
know: we get farther when we listen well, act together, and keep the
load light enough that everyone can carry a piece of it.

If any of this sparks something for you — an idea, a question, a next
step — I’d love to hear it. And if you want to talk through how to use
these tools in your own life, work, or community, you can grab a time
with me here:

In solidarity — for more joy, more dignity, and less of the stuff that
drags people down,
Tony
