Hello everyone,
if you want to work with Open Space online, what is your tool of choice
today? During Corona, I worked with QiQo Chat at the beginning. Later, Zoom
and a Google Doc were enough for me. Zoom now has breakout rooms (max. 50),
and a maximum of 70 participants can work on a Google Doc at the same time.
In my current project, an online supplementary session for a physical open
space (I calculate another 3 hours for the new round of concerns + 1
session), a maximum of 500 participants can come together (I expect 250) and
no more than 50 breakout rooms. Cost is not the problem. It has to work
well. Would you recommend QiQoChat or another solution for this, or is the
Zoom setup with Google doc sufficient? What do you think?
I look forward to your feedback (gladly promptly : )

Hi Alexander,
QiqoChat has been designed by an Open Space Technology facilitator based
in New York. His name is Lucas Cioffi.
I like Lucas a lot and I admire his efforts to create a more complete
space which we are able to make beautiful.
I also appreciate that Lucas engineered it from the ground up. He has
supported the Open Space community a great deal and I care about
supporting his efforts.
All the best,
Annick

Hi Alexander,
I also suggest QiQochat for your work as with qiqochat, the meeting
documents and the room created/designed for you
on the internet remain as it is. Participants and you can refer to that
page whenever you need.
Good luck!
