Dear Colleagues and Friends, We decided to make small changes about the plans of WOSonOS 2024 Istanbul. We had already booked a nice venue from a local government in Istanbul a few months ago and wanted to wait for the results of the local elections. After the passing of Harrison Owen and following local elections, we decided to change the venue. The new venue will be https://alankadikoy.com/ and we are planning to sign the contract at the end of this week and update the venue on the web page of the event. Meanwhile, we are happy to receive the early bird registrations. Some of you have already registered and listed as co-inviters. (https://wosonos2024.istanbul/co-inviters/). We are looking forward to your registration, invitation sentences and photos. Starting from next month, we will also work for "Inclusion". Serhan Karatas (serhankaratas@gmail.com) will join us to support us in this area. I know that some of you wanted to support WOSonOS Istanbul for "diversity and inclusion". We will be in touch with you about this work in the coming days. We hope to finalize the contract for the venue and share with you further information about accommodation. We have already visited a nice hotel nearby and received some discount for the participants of the WOSonOS 2024. Dear Allie and everybody, We are very excited and happy about hosting WOSonOS Istanbul and meeting all of you who can participate. We are sure that WOSonOS 2024 will be very empowering, motivating and inspiring with every participant coming from all over the world. Around 25 participants have already been registered, mainly from Europe and USA. Today, we are happy to include Serhan Karatas in our website. Serhan will support us for inclusion.
