Dear friends in Open Space and Genuine Contact
How do you experience group decision making? I mean both in groups you are part of and/or organizations you might work with?
My experience is that there is a common lack of awareness and healthy structures when making decisions in groups and I think we can do better!

Good people come together, talk things through, seem to reach agreements, but afterwards you realize it's unclear:
- What exactly did we decide?
- Who makes it happen?
- How committed is everyone?
